It's been awhile since I've participated in WFMW...but I think I've got a good one!
Instead of letting bacon go bad (since our small family doesn't eat in that often), when I get the bacon (either turkey or regular) from the store, I immediately roll each slice individually.
Then place them in a freezer bag. Each morning that Kara or I want bacon, I nuke as many pieces as we want (to thaw) and then cook however! 
Yum!
