Myrtle Beach Part 1

Kara and I are enjoying Myrtle Beach with my family. Here are some teaser pictures.

AWANA

We have finished another AWANA year. Kara graduated from Cubbies (the preschool group).
Here she is pointing to the Wall of Fame and her name in the column of kids who finished their books:Luke was the Commander and I helped out with music!
We had our final club the first week of May and this coming week is the awards night.
Kara and I will not make that because (unfortunately?) we will be in Myrtle Beach. More on that later...

Moving Out...

Last week, Kara and I helped my sister, Erin, pack up and move out of her freshman year of college.
Michelle and Kara worked hard on the cleaning the fridge.
Kara only took a few breaks to play on the top bunk.

Kara's First Haircut

At 5 years old, Kara got her first ever haircut last week.

My first 5K

On Saturday, I participated in my first 5K. I ran the whole way and finished in 37 minutes and 47 seconds. Nothing to write home about but I was happy to finish!


Bonus: The route went right past my house so now I can run it whenever I want.
