I ALWAYS forget to set a timer too... then I remember when they're about halfway done, and I'm like "SHOOT!!! Well, they've been in for... 7 minutes" (I'm usually wrong)
I'd still eat them, you're an excellent baker :)
oh.. i like my cookies dark! i'd still eat them too!!
